By accessing or using the Quietfit mobile application and website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Health and Medical Disclaimer

Quietfit provides fitness information and is designed for informational purposes only. You should consult your physician or other health care professional before starting this or any other fitness program to determine if it is right for your needs.

Do not start this fitness program if your physician or health care provider advises against it.

You agree that you use the Service at your own risk. Quietfit is not responsible for any health problems or injuries that may result from training programs, consultations, products, or events you learn about through the Service.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the account that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a subscription.

All payments are handled through the Google Play Store. Cancellations and refunds are subject to Google Play's terms and conditions.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Quietfit and its licensors.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Quietfit, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
